As a successful and innovative software and system supplier company, we offer our customers a highly available, scalable and customizable platform for implementing intelligent intralogistics solutions with our SuPCIS-L8 warehouse management software.

The trend towards automation plays a major and important role here. Our software controls kilometers of conveyor technology that connects automated warehouses with sorting systems or robots that support people in their daily work.

Due to the continued strong growth in e-commerce, digitalization and networked supply chains, efficient and flexible intralogistics is becoming a key function for the performance of many companies.

From the very beginning, we have been a reliable partner for our customers for demanding logistics projects, but also for small logistics concerns. We support our customers from consulting and project management to software development and software and hardware service. We have been working together successfully for many years on the basis of trust and partnership.

In addition to software, we also offer hardware ranging from scanners and RFID readers to industrial and mobile printers and mobile workstations. Our customers are demanding, dynamic and come from all sectors. But they have one thing in common: they see optimized and highly available logistics as a key success factor.

We look back proudly on a long company history with over 35 years of experience. This motivates us every day not to rest on our laurels, but to break new ground with fresh impetus and creative ideas. Sending your application.

After receiving your application online or by e-mail, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. We will then take some time to review your application documents and check whether you are suitable for the advertised position. This takes about 2 weeks.

You've made us curious - we want to get to know you better.

We liked your application and invite you to a first introductory interview. This usually takes the form of a telephone interview or video call. If possible, we will ask you to switch on your camera for the interview.

Next round - you have inspired us and we invite you.

You have convinced us in a telephone interview or video call. Now it's time for a face-to-face interview at one of our locations. We want to find out more about you. Of course, we also want to give you the opportunity to get to know S&P, your future team and our premises. So that you too can get a better impression.

Final round - you win the race.

Congratulations - you are the perfect fit for us and have been able to beat off the competition. Once all the contractual arrangements have been made, you will start as part of the S&P team. We will support you from day one with an onboarding program in which we will teach you everything you need to know step by step. You will be assigned an S&P buddy who will be there for you and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Welcome to the team!

We have two locations in Germany: The company headquarters is in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart and another location is near Osnabrück in Georgsmarienhütte.
