We are offering the following position at the earliest possible date: Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

  • As an independent Customer Service Manager (m/f/d), you are the contact person for our customers' service requests. Be the problem solver and ensure satisfied customers!
  • You ensure that customer inquiries are well looked after from start to finish. This includes working with experts when things get more complex to ensure that a satisfactory solution is found.
  • You maintain constant contact with our customers, keep an overview of the status quo and ensure that our customers feel well looked after. Your goal is to always find a solution that makes our customers happy.
  • You will take on organizational tasks in our Customer Service team and help to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What you bring with you:

  • A university degree or completed training in the IT environment.
  • Communication skills for an effective exchange with our customers and internal teams.
  • Adherence to deadlines and commitment to agreed dates and obligations.
  • Understanding of processes and interrelationships between different IT systems.
  • Desirable: Basic knowledge of intralogistics, as well as basic knowledge of Linux and SQL databases.
