As a successful and innovative software and system supplier we offer our customers with the warehouse management software SuPCIS-L8 a highly available, scalable and customizable platform for the realization of intelligent solutions in intralogistics.

The trend towards automation plays a particularly important role here. For example, our software controls kilometer-long conveyor technology that connects automatic warehouses with sorting systems or robots that support humans in their daily work.

With the increasing importance of e-commerce, digitalization and networked supply chains, efficient and flexible intralogistics is becoming a key function for the performance of many companies.

What we do...

For our customers, we have been a solid partner from the very beginning - for demanding projects, but also for the small "logistics worries". From consulting and project management to software development and software and hardware service, we accompany our customers and work together successfully for many years in a spirit of trust and partnership.

In addition, we also supply all hardware - from scanners to RFID readers, industrial and mobile printers to mobile workstations. Our customers are demanding, dynamic, come from all industries and have one thing in common: optimised and highly available logistics as a key success factor. Our project teams make a significant contribution to this.

Procedure of your application

To make the application process as transparent as possible, we have described the main steps for you:


Sending your application

After receiving your application by online application or by e-mail, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. We will then take a little time to review your application documents and check whether you fit the advertised position.
This step takes about 2 weeks.


You have made us curious - we should get to know each other better!

Your application has made us curious and we would like to get to know you better. The first meeting takes place in person, usually as a telephone interview or video call. If possible, we ask you to turn on your camera for the interview.


Next round! You have convinced us and we invite you.

We liked your application and you convinced us in the first interview! Now you will be interviewed at one of our locations. We want to find out more about you and give you the opportunity to get to know S&P, your future team and our premises. This will give you an even better impression.


Final round! In the end, you make the race.

Congratulations - you are a perfect fit for us and were able to prevail over your competitors! After all the contractual arrangements have been made, you will start as part of the S&P team. We will accompany you from day one with an onboarding programme in which everything you need to know will be taught to you step by step. Depending on your entry level and area, you will be assigned a mentor who will be there for you and provide you with help and advice on any questions you may have. Welcome to the team!
