Association of German Engineers (VDI)

Some of our employees are very actively involved in the VDI. And we at S&P present our software solutions at VDl events, such as the German Material Flow Congress in Munich. The VDI sets standards with its guidelines and we were even involved in the guideline for warehouse management systems.

The fascination for technology drives the association: The VDI - Verein Deutscher Ingenieure e. V. - provides important impetus for new technologies and technical solutions, thus ensuring a better quality of life, a better environment and greater prosperity. With around 135,000 members, the VDI is Germany's largest technical and scientific association.

They speak for engineers and technology and thus actively help shape the future. Every year, the volunteer experts work on the latest findings to promote the location of technology. As the third-largest technical rule-setter, the VDI is a partner for German industry and science.
