At the beginning of February, it was time for our trainees in year 21 - trainee user training on the job - for this we were warmly received by our customer Streck, a leading forwarding and logistics company, and in addition to a tour of the air freight secure area with a huge X-ray machine, we were also able to experience and work with our own warehouse management software live in action.
In concrete terms, stocks were recorded directly at the storage location in the goods receiving area and the stock receipts were booked against the advance notifications.
The picking carts were then prepared, the goods for the orders were picked using multi-order picking and made available for consolidation in the order consolidation area.
Finally, the orders were checked and packed - a great experience that gave us all great pleasure!
