Element Logic acquires leading solutions provider S&P Computersysteme

Oslo, 06.12.2022: The German company S&P Computersysteme GmbH (S&P) is a leading solution provider for complex intralogistics IT requirements. By working with S&P, Element Logic is able to innovate, grow and compete by offering a fully integrated intralogistics software suite.

Automation is playing an increasingly important role in today's warehouses, and software is key. Element Logic's goal is to differentiate itself by offering a complete intralogistics software portfolio within its core business and expertise. The acquisition of S&P thus adds a state-of-the-art intralogistics software suite to its expertise.

"S&P is a strategically important partner for us to realize our goal of becoming a leading software provider in our segment," says Håvard Hallås, chief commercial officer of Element Logic. "The partnership with S&P gives us more expertise and capacity to integrate and connect hardware and software solutions, such as WCS/WMS and various material handling solutions."

S&P offers the warehouse management software SuPCIS-L8. The software suite is a highly available, scalable and customizable platform to realize intelligent and automated intralogistics solutions for dynamic and demanding customers. The software controls conveyor technology, automated warehouses of all kinds, sorting systems or robots, which support humans in their daily work.

S&P continuously develops its warehouse management platform to offer its customers modern and future-proof solutions. Projects are realized from planning to commissioning in all automation levels - from manually operated warehouses with mobile data collection to highly complex and fully automated logistics centers.

The German company has many years of experience in implementing software and solving the most demanding logistics tasks. Since 1985, it has been supporting customers from a wide range of industries, from medium-sized businesses to large corporations, in Germany and 14 other countries. Now S&P will continue its journey as part of the Element Logic Group.

"We are very pleased to be working with Element Logic," said Horst Reichert, managing director of S&P. "By offering a complete intralogistics software suite for manual warehouses, a wide range of automation components and integrations with ERP software and supply chain tools, this is a perfect fit for both companies."
