Never lose control: The Warehouse Viewer keeps track of the warehouse jungle.

Miles of conveyor technology, warehouse expansions, structures and processes that are becoming increasingly complex - you are rightly asking yourself, how am I still supposed to maintain a complete overview of the overall condition of my warehouse? Are there disruptions, and if so, where and why? Which areas in the warehouse have been heavily used in recent weeks? What does the situation look like today in this respect? You can get answers to these questions quickly and easily with the Warehouse Viewer of our warehouse management software.

The Warehouse Viewer is fully integrated into our warehouse management system SuPCIS-L8. The cockpit provides a graphical overview of the warehouse areas as well as a visualization of the movements and states of the automation components used in real time. The visual representation is based on the coordinates of the warehouse structure stored 1:1 in the system and the available customer layout.

Not only individual storage areas can be mapped, but also the various hardware components such as scanners or lifters, shuttles and stacker cranes. In addition, a pick heat map provides a clear overview of the historical or current pick frequencies of the items. The user can directly influence the processes via mouse or touch. For example, using drag-and-drop to move stock and thus trigger a transfer order. Storage bins can be released and blocked directly in the visualization. This can be particularly advantageous for the user if an area is to be reorganized or temporarily blocked. Automatic rebooking of planned withdrawals can also be carried out at any time. Notes or specific status constellations that exist for a stock can be stored and are displayed in the Warehouse Viewer.
Depending on the customer's requirements and needs, additional levels and views of the warehouse can be stored and configured in addition to the main view of the warehouse structure.

The result: daily work becomes easier and you have full transparency on the status in your warehouse in real time.
