Never lose control: The Warehouse Viewer keeps track of the warehouse jungle.

Kilometers of conveyor technology, warehouse expansions and growing structures and processes that are becoming increasingly complex - this is the situation in many logistics centers. This makes it difficult to maintain a complete overview of the overall status of the warehouse. Are there any disruptions, and if so, where and why? Which areas in the warehouse have been heavily frequented in recent weeks? What do the areas look like today? You can get answers to these questions quickly and easily with the Warehouse Viewer.

The Warehouse Viewer is fully integrated into our SuPCIS-L8 warehouse management system. The cockpit shows a graphical overview of the warehouse areas as well as a visualization of the movements and statuses of the automation components used in real time. The visual representation is based on the 1:1 coordinates of the warehouse structure stored in the system and the available customer layout.

Not only individual storage areas can be mapped, but also hardware components such as scanners, lifters, shuttles or storage and retrieval machines. In addition, a pick heat map provides a clear overview of the historical and current picking frequencies of items. The user can influence the processes directly with the mouse or by touch, for example by moving stock using drag-and-drop. This immediately triggers a transfer order. Storage bins can be released or blocked directly in the visualization. This is particularly useful for the user if an area is to be reorganized or may not be accessed temporarily. Planned withdrawals can be automatically rebooked at any time. Notes and status information on the stocks can be stored and displayed directly in the Warehouse Viewer.

Depending on the customer's requirements, further levels and views of the warehouse structure can be added and configured in addition to the main view.

The result: day-to-day work becomes easier and you have full transparency of your warehouse at all times - in real time.
