Features and innovations
Kilometres of conveyor technology, warehouse expansions, the structures and processes are becoming increasingly complex - you are rightly asking yourself at this point how you are still supposed to keep a complete overview of the overall condition of your warehouse? Are there disruptions, and if so, where and why do they occur? Which areas in the warehouse have been heavily frequented in recent weeks? How does it look today in this respect? You can get answers to these questions quickly and easily with the SuPCIS-L8 Warehouse Viewer!
The Warehouse Viewer, integrated into the SuPCIS-L8 Cockpit, provides a graphical overview of the warehouse areas as well as a visualisation of the movements and states of the automation components used in real time. The visual representation is based on the coordinates of the warehouse structure stored 1:1 in the system and the available customer layout.
Not only individual storage areas can be mapped, but also the various hardware components such as scanners or lifters, shuttles and stacker cranes. In addition, a pick-heat map simultaneously provides a clear overview of the historical or current pick frequencies of the items. The user can directly influence the processes via mouse or touch and, for example, move stock via drag & drop and thus trigger a transport order. Storage bins can be released and blocked directly in the visualisation. This can be particularly advantageous for the user if an area is to be reorganised or may not be accessed temporarily. An automatic re-booking of planned withdrawals can also take place at any time. Notes or certain status constellations that exist for a stock can be stored and are displayed in the Warehouse Viewer.
Depending on the customer's requirements and needs, further levels and views of the warehouse can be stored and configured in the system in addition to the main view of the warehouse structure.
The result: daily work becomes easier and you have full transparency on the status in your warehouse in real time!
