What is an AutoStore®

Innovative storage technology in the smallest space

The AutoStore® is an automated small parts storage system that allows containers to be stacked directly on top of each other - controlled by robots.

This allows larger storage capacities to be realized even in the smallest of spaces and adapted to the operational conditions. The integration of an AutoStore® is an efficient alternative, especially for companies whose storage capacities can hardly be expanded and whose storage space is limited.

WMS integration

Flexible, simple and scalable

The flexibility, customizability and available interfaces of SuPCIS-L8 make it possible to connect AutoStore® directly to the warehouse management system. This direct connection enables smooth interaction between the two systems and brings enormous benefits.

Information is exchanged directly with the warehouse management system, enabling the best possible, smooth transmission of the necessary data for AutoStore®. As the SuPCIS-L8 warehouse management system can be connected to the AutoStore® automated small parts warehouse without any middleware, employees in the warehouse also have access to the workstation dialogs at the small parts warehouse, including the cockpit and dashboards, in the uniform interface of the WMS. This also reduces the number of subsystems required.

Interface

Flexible, individual and scalable

The AutoStore® is integrated into SuPCIS-L8 as a warehouse area AKL. The technical connection to the AutoStore® system is implemented as an XML interface.
