IWL Logistics Day 2022: S&P presents digital solution for modern and future-proof warehouse management

S&P Computersysteme GmbH, provider of intralogistics IT solutions, will demonstrate the possibilities of the warehouse management platform SuPCIS-L8 and present its full service portfolio on September 30, 2022 at the IWL Day in Ulm (specialist forum around logistics). In addition, S&P will show visitors where warehouse management software can provide support to increase warehouse performance with the help of data-based strategies. With Warehouse Performance they take up, among other things, the application of the "Warehouse Healing" strategy - the solution chosen by the readers of the trade magazine Materialfluss as Product of the Year 2021.

In addition to exciting presentations on topics such as sustainability, architecture, technology and IT in logistics, the focus is on best practices and product innovations from the industry. This gives participants the chance to become aware of new innovations and expand their professional and technical know-how. In the context of the trade exhibition, visitors will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the S&P experts present and learn about the possibilities of warehouse management software such as SuPCIS-L8.

Warehouse Performance - the Warehouse Healing Strategy

‍Shorteneddelivery times and increased efficiency in the warehouse - S&P addresses the possible phases for optimizing warehouse performance. In addition to optimized inventory reservation and batch planning, the focus is on the application of the "Warehouse Healing" strategy. The raw material for the strategy is the data, which S&P uses to generate real added value for the user. The goal is to identify existing patterns, for example in the order history, and to help minimize picking paths by intelligently placing products.
"The IWL Logistics Day has always been about interaction, networking and professional as well as personal exchange among each other. We are pleased to be an exhibitor again this year and to have the opportunity to inform about the potentials of our warehouse management software", says Steffen Lebherz (Head of Operations at S&P Computersysteme GmbH).
