This includes conception, project management, implementation, training and commissioning as well as start-up support. You will be supported by the Product Management, Project Management and Customer Service teams.

  • You recognize opportunities and risks within the scope of projects and always keep an eye on time, costs and quality.
  • With transparency and good organization, you create the framework for a successful project - whether waterfall or agile project setup.
  • No project runs in a straight line - you master challenges and conflicts skillfully. You recognize risks early on, communicate proactively and (de)escalate in the right places.

What you bring with you:

  • You have a degree in industrial engineering or logistics (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the field of complex IT projects and knowledge of logistics processes.
  • You enjoy configuring and testing solution requirements in our warehouse management software SuPCIS-L8 and providing the customer with best practices.

  • You are IT-savvy, can quickly find your way around new tools and are willing to familiarize yourself with our products.
  • Logical thinking is easy for you, you are a positive, creative and solution-oriented team player and can communicate very well.
  • You like to take on responsibility, have a can-do mentality and enjoy making things happen and completing them successfully.
  • You find it easy to organize yourself, you always keep an eye on priorities and always have an overview of project milestones and can maintain delivery items.
  • You don't bury your head in the sand when faced with challenges - thanks to your excellent communication skills, you master every challenge with a cool head and together with your project team.
  • You are business fluent in German and have a good to very good knowledge of English.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally, especially for customer visits, commissioning and project meetings.
  • Helpful, but not a must: You have basic knowledge of software development and the use of relational databases.

Your benefits with us:

  • With us, you can expect a permanent and secure job right from the start in an innovative and healthy software company in the growth market of intralogistics.
  • We enable you to work creatively and independently within a motivated and experienced team that will support you in your projects.
  • We have modern offices with space for concentrated work in small groups as well as plenty of room for creative collaboration.
  • Do you like to spend your break in the fitness room or would you like to play a game of pool, table tennis or table football? No problem with us - you can treat yourself to some time out in addition to your work.
  • We promote your individual strengths and offer you development opportunities in all areas of the company, depending on your aptitude and interests.
  • We have flexible working hours (flexitime and home office arrangements).
  • You can expect flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
  • We work at locations in Stuttgart (Leinfelden-Echterdingen) and Osnabrück (Georgsmarienhütte) with good (public) transport connections. Within the Group, we also have locations in Rosenheim and Bad Friedrichshall.
  • Remote-friendly: If the locations are too far away for you, you can also work remotely.
  • In addition to the free drinks and fresh fruit, we have a number of other attractive benefits for you.
