For the purpose of processing the application, we process, in addition to the general applicant data in the curriculum vitae, all data and documents provided by you as part of the application, such as testimonials or certificates within the applicant selection process (§ 26 para. 1 BDSG-neu). If an applicant wishes to be included in the applicant pool for subsequent contact, his or her consent will be obtained separately by S&P for this purpose (Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR).

For the applicant process, we use software from providers in the USA, so that your applicant data is transferred to the third country USA. We have concluded standard contractual clauses with the software providers to ensure a suitable level of data protection for the transfer of data to the USA.

Personal data will be deleted six months after the end of the application process, taking into account § 61b para. 1 ArbGG in conjunction with. § SECTION 15 AGG. In the case of inclusion in the applicant pool, deletion takes place after 18 months if no suitable position can be offered and if the applicant does not revoke consent for inclusion in the applicant pool in advance.
