We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Linux Administration at the earliest possible date

What you can expect:

  • The administration of Linux systems mainly Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • The administration of Oracle Standard Edition.
  • Testing, preparing and carrying out operating system and database upgrades.
  • Supporting our helpdesk in the event of problems with the operating system and database of our logistics software and peripheral devices.
  • Participation in the maintenance of our knowledge base and system documentation.

What you bring with you:

  • You have a university degree or completed training in an IT environment.
  • Logical thinking is easy for you and you are a positive thinking and solution-oriented team player (m/f/d) and can communicate very well.
  • You like to administer Linux systems.
  • You are familiar with networks and know what tcpdump, netstat and Wireshark mean.
  • You are driven by continuous improvement and sustainable problem solving.
  • You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics.
  • You are business fluent in German and have good to very good knowledge of English.
